Mark Hart is a partner of Sanson & Hart, where he represents individuals and unions in the areas of human rights, employment and labour law. Mr. Hart formerly acted as Counsel to the Ontario Human Rights Commission and to the Employment Equity Commission. He is a Public Law instructor in the Law Society's Bar Admission Course, and has co-taught Racism and the Law at Ryerson Polytechnic University. Mr. Hart has spoken extensively on human rights and employment equity.
