Richard Hart holds various designations, including that of Chartered Arbitrator, and is a civil mediator listed with the Mediation Roster Society of British Columbia. He is a member of various professional organizations including the Law Society of B.C., the ADR Institute of Canada, the B.C. Arbitration and Mediation Institute, and the Canadian Association of Threat Assessment Professionals. Richard has worked in the field of conflict management and dispute resolution since graduating from UBC Law School in 1988. He brings many years of experience as a practising lawyer, mediator and arbitrator to ProActive ReSolutions, where he now focuses on helping organizations around the world to create respectful workplaces through training and incident management, working particularly with groups experiencing bullying and harassment, to restore cooperation among people who have endured difficult workplace dynamics. |
