Najeeb Hassan is a partner in the law firm Heenan Blaikie in Vancouver, where he represents and advises employers. Prior to joining Heenan Blaikie in 2006 Najeeb served as a Vice-Chair at the BC Labour Relations Board, worked at the Health Employers Association of BC, and before that was in private practice for 5 years. His practice currently focuses on labour and employment law, including human rights. Najeeb has assisted clients in understanding their legal obligations under human rights law and acted as counsel in human rights proceedings, grievance arbitrations and matters before the Labour Relations Board. He brings a practical, common sense approach to complex legal issues, providing strategic planning, insightful advice and advocacy to prevent and resolve conflict in the workplace. |
