Robert Hickey is an assistant professor of industrial relations in the School of Policy Studies at Queen’s University. Robert earned a Ph.D. from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. His current research examines the impacts of economic restructuring on workers, unions, and labour-management relations. Robert teaches courses on unions, negotiations and contract administration in the Master’s of Industrial Relations program.
