Colin Johnston is the Litigation Team Leader at ONA responsible for arbitration and Labour Board matters for the Association. Colin attended on behalf of ONA at the Inquest into the death of Lori Dupont, a victim of workplace violence. Prior to joining ONA, he worked in private practice representing trade unions across Ontario in the areas of arbitration, workers’ compensation, employment standards, pension & benefits and Labour Board matters. Colin has been a speaker at various conferences including the annual Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers conference.
