Janice Johnston is a labour mediator/arbitrator. Janice is also a part-time Vice-Chair of the Ontario Grievance Settlement Board. Previously, she was a Vice-Chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board. Before her time with the Labour Relations Board, Janice worked in the public and private sectors as labour relations counsel. She is a member of the Ontario Labour-
Management Arbitrators’ Association, the Toronto Area /Industrial Relations Association and the Canadian Bar Association. She graduated from Wilfred Laurier University with a B.A. in history and received a law degree from the University of Western Ontario.
