Nini Jones is a partner at Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP. Nini practises labour and employment law, as well as general litigation. In her practice, she has appeared before arbitration boards, labour relations tribunals, and courts and in mediations on behalf of trade unions, police associations, and employees. In addition, she provides advice to her clients about all aspects of labour and employment law, including human rights, employment standards, pay equity, and health and safety. Nini regularly speaks and provides workshops about issues such as discipline and workplace criminal conduct, privacy, human rights, the duty to accommodate, grievance handling, and collective bargaining strategy. She is a member of the Advocates' Society, and the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, and is on the executive of the Labour Section of the Ontario Bar Association.
