Nini Jones is a partner at Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP. Ms. Jones practices labour and employment law, as well as general litigation. In her practice, Ms. Jones has appeared before arbitration tribunals, labour relations boards, courts and in mediations on behalf of trade unions, police associations, and employees. In addition, she provides advice to her clients about all aspect of labour and employment law, including human rights, employment standards, pay equity, and health and safety. Ms. Jones regularly speaks and provides workshops about issues such as discipline and workplace criminal conduct, privacy, human rights, the duty to accommodate, grievance handling, and collective bargaining strategy. Ms. Jones is a member of the Advocate’s Society, the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, and is on the executive of the Labour Section of the Ontario Bar Association.
