Don Jordan is a partner in the firm of Taylor Jordan Chafetz where he practises labour, employment and administrative law for a broad range of private sector employers in unionized workplaces. Don is frequently retained to advise on administrative law matters generally and to conduct trials or appeals in this area before the courts of British Columbia. In addition to labour relations advice and advocacy on behalf of clients, Don is the Editor of the Butterworths Employment and Labour Law Report and is on the Editorial Board of the Federated Press Charter of Human Rights Litigation Quarterly. He has written on a wide range of topics in these periodicals and others.
