Carolyn Kay is a partner with the law firm of Hicks Morley Hamilton Stewart and Storie, a firm which focuses on human resources advocacy for employers with respect to all aspects of the employment relationship. Over the course of her 25 years of practice, Carolyn has acted and continues to act on behalf of private sector employers and numerous public sector organizations including hospitals, school boards and municipalities. Carolyn’s practice encompasses the entire range of employment issues, with labour relations, grievance and interest arbitrations forming the core of her practice together with human rights and pay equity.
