Kevin Kindred is Legal Counsel for Bell Aliant Regional Communications, LP, specializing in Labour & Employment and Privacy Law. Before joining Bell Aliant in 2006, he practised with the Labour & Employment group at (what is now) Cox & Palmer, where he articled in 2000.  Kevin is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick (B.A. 1998, LL.B. 2001) and now has a connection to the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie, where he teaches Employment Law. Kevin has practised on both the union and the management side, but in his current role represents one of Atlantic Canada’s largest employers. His privacy practise includes both employment and commercial aspects of privacy law.
