Donna Kirkpatrick is the Group Leader for Claims at Vale, a large mining company in Ontario which has an opera-tions workforce of over 5,000 employees. Donna is responsible for the Claims Department at Vale, which handles all WSIB issues that arise at Vale including WSIB appeals and WSIAT appeals. She has worked in the claims field for over 10 years. Donna is also the chairperson of the Ontario Mining Association's subcommittee on Workers' Compensation and Occupational Health.
