Elizabeth Kozma is Counsel and Assistant Secretary for the Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited.Lisa has worked at Ford of Canada since 1993 and provides legal advice regarding health and safety matters, environmental and energy matters, employment and labour relations matters, including participating in CAW negotiations, and privacy law matters. Lisa served as the Chair of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee of the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters, Ontario Division and a member of the Board of Directors from 2002-2007. She is the Chair of the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Z1000-06 Technical Committee on Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and a member of the CSA Occupational Health and Safety Steering Committee. Lisa received the 2007 CSA Award of Merit and the 2007 Ford President's Health and Safety Award.
