| Sarah Kraicer is Counsel with the Constitutional Law Branch of the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. Having previously practised ligitation at McCarthy Tétrault, she joined the Branch in 1996. She has represented Ontario in a broad range of constitutional litigation, including R. v. Kapp, Lovelace v. Ontario, Auton v. British Columbia, Walsh v. AG Nova Scotia, and Wynberg and Deskin v. Ontario. Most recently she appeared in the Court of Appeal in Tranchemontagne and Werberski
v. Ontario. She is a frequent speaker on constitutional law and equality rights issues, and has taught trial advocacy at Osgoode Hall Law School and at the Intensive Summer Trial Advocacy Program.
