Erin Kuzz is a partner in the Toronto labour and employment law firm, Sherrard Kuzz LLP. Ms. Kuzz practices exclusively management-side employment and labour law, and advises clients on all aspects of the practice. She has considerable experience in the following areas: Collective Agreement Administration, Collective Bargaining, Construction Labour Relations, Employee Relations Programs, Employment Standards, Grievance Arbitration, Human Rights and Equity, Ontario Labour Relations Board Proceedings, Plant Sale or Closure, Privacy, Responding to Union Organizing and Applications for Certification, and Strike/Lock-Out Management. In addition to frequent appearances before the Ontario Labour Relations Board and labour arbitrators, Ms. Kuzz is well published and conducts workshops and seminars for employers on a wide variety of topics related to her practice. She has chaired a number of conferences on labour and employment related matters and is a frequent speaker in national audio conferences. Ms. Kuzz is a Past Chair of the Ontario Bar Association Labour Relations Section, and co-teaches at Osgoode Hall Law School on the topic of Labour Arbitration.
