
| | Tim Lawson is a partner with the Labour and Employment Group at Heenan Blaikie in Toronto. He practises in management-side labour and employment law, and regularly represents employers before labour relations boards, boards of arbitration, human rights tribunals, workers’ compensation boards and Ontario and federal courts. Tim also provides strategic labour and employment advice to employers in many areas including corporate restructuring, management-union relations, collective bargaining and privacy rights. In addition to speaking frequently at legal conferences and to employer organizations on labour and employment law topics, he also conducts in-house seminars for clients on such topics as privacy, arbitration advocacy, workplace harassment and performance management.
