Robert Little joined Hicks Morley in 1986, and is a partner in the firm. Since that time, he has practised exclusively in the field of management employment law. Rob's practice focuses on Labour Board matters, injunctions, arbitrations, wrongful dismissal litigation and human rights work. He specializes in occupational health and safety defence work and speaks frequently on health and safety matters. Rob has been the Community Colleges' spokesperson in support staff negotiations during the last three rounds of bargaining. He received his LL.B. from Queen's University in 1982 and was called to the Bar in 1984. |
