Michael Lynk is the Associate Dean, Academic at the Faculty of Law, the University of Western Ontario, where he teaches labour, constitutional, administrative and human rights law. He also arbitrates in both the public and private sector. Professor Lynk is the co-author of Trade Union Law in Canada, and has written widely on disability, accommodation and human rights in the Canadian workplace
