Michael Lynk is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Western Ontario, where he teaches labour, constitutional, administrative and human rights law. He also arbitrates in both the public and private sectors. Michael is the co-author of Trade Union Law in Canada, and has written widely on disability, accommodation and human rights in the Canadian workplace.
