
| | Diane MacDonald has been practising law since 1995, first in private practice and then as legal counsel with the B.C. Teachers’ Federation. Diane has acted as counsel before arbitrators, the B.C. Labour Relations Board, the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal, and in the courts. Diane received a B.A. from Simon Fraser University in 1985, an LL.B. from Dalhousie Law School in 1991, and a Ph.D. from Northeastern University in 1998. |
