Judith Macfarlane is a partner in the Labour and Employment Group with the Vancouver law firm Bull, Housser & Tupper. From 1997 to 2009 she practised labour and employment law at a large Vancouver law firm as an associate and then as a partner. Judith represents employers in both the public and private sectors, before a variety of administrative tribunals, federally and provincially instituted boards of arbitration, the British Columbia courts, and the Federal Court of Canada. She advises employers with respect to workplace policies and practices, collective agreement interpretation, and other labour and employment matters. Judith was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1996 and is a graduate of the University of Victoria (B.A. 1991), Dalhousie University (LL.B 1995) and the University of Ottawa (LL.M. 1997). |
