Mary Mackinnon is a lawyer at the law firm Raven, Cameron, Ballantyne & Yazbeck in Ottawa. She practices labour and employment law on behalf of public and private sector unions and employees, with experience litigating before courts, arbitrators, labour boards, and other administrative tribunals. Her practice includes a special focus on disability related issues including accommodation in the workplace and workers’ compensation. Ms. Mackinnon was called to the Ontario bar in 1993.
