Ronald MacLeod is a labour relations and human resource consultant at HRA in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. He has extensive experience representing both private and public sector employers in contract negotiations, dispute resolution, including mediation and mediation-arbitration, and grievance arbitration. Ron's assignments have included negotiating restructuring of health service delivery in P.E.I. and acting as chief spokesperson in province-wide negotiations with nurses and teachers. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie Law School.
