Kevin MacNeill is a Partner at Heenan Blaikie. Called to the Ontario Bar in 1996 and the Québec Bar in 1997, he represents employers in all areas of labour and employment law in unionized and non-unionized settings, with an emphasis on occupational health and safety, workplace safety and insurance law, human rights and accommodation issues. Kevin is the author of The Duty to Accommodate in Employment, a regularly updated loose-leaf book published by Canada Law Book, and is a member of the Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Ontario.
