Ritu Mahil is Vice-Chair of the B.C. Labour Relations Board. Prior to her appointment to the Board in May 2007, Ritu was in-house Legal Counsel for the Health Sciences Association of British Columbia where she represented the union in court, grievance arbitration hearings and labour relations board matters. She has also been an instructor in the Labour Studies Programme at Capilano College. Ritu has Law and Master's of Public Administration degrees from the University of Victoria. She has presented at a number of Lancaster House workshops.
