Jason Mandlowitz is Vice-President of Consulting Services at Hicks Morley. Jason brings almost twenty years' experience in the fields of workers' compensation, health and safety and related employment issues (duty to accommodate, return to work, human rights, etc.). He served as the first Director of the Ontario Ministry of Labour's Office of the Employer Adviser and Director of the Ontario Workers' Compensation Board's Consultation and Policy Implementation Units. Jason also represented small business members in employment and workers' compensation matters while serving as the Provincial Director for the Canadian Federation of Independent Business. Since 1993 he has consulted in the areas of occupational and non-occupational injury and illness management, including providing education and training programs. Jason specializes in workers' compensation financial reviews, historical firm audits and experience rating. In health and safety he advises in prevention programs and audits, having represented many Ontario employers in the WSIB's Workwell Process.
