Marion is a partner in the law firm of Harris & Company. Enid received her
law degree from the University of Victoria and was called to the Bar in 1989.
She represents management before the Labour Relations Board, arbitration boards,
the Human Rights Commission, and other administrative tribunals. Enid also presents
cases on behalf of both management and individual plaintiffs in all levels of
court. Enid has presented numerous papers and training sessions on a wide range
of labour, employment and human rights issues. A member of the Labour and Human
Rights subsections of the B.C. Branch of the Canadian Bar Association, and the
International Society for Labour and Social Security, Enid also serves on the
Education Committee of the Human Resources Management Association. |
