
| | Enid Marion has been a full-time Member of the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal since July 2008. She previously practised labour, employment and human rights law as a Partner with Harris and Co., where she represented management as well as individual plaintiffs before the Labour Relations Board, arbitration boards, the Human Rights Tribunal, other administrative tribunals and in court. Enid has prepared and presented numerous papers on various labour and human rights issues. Enid holds a law degree from the University of Victoria (1988) and was called to the B.C. Bar in 1989.
