
| | Noella Martin is a partner in the law firm of Wickwire Holm in Halifax, where she oversees the Labour and Employment Law Group. She regularly provides advice on all aspects of labour and employment law. She has
successfully represented her clients in human rights cases, labour arbitrations and before all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Noella is a member of the Canadian Association of University Solicitors and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association for the Practical Study of Law in Education. She has published extensively on labour and employment matters and speaks regularly at provincial and national conferences. Noella was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 1991, after having received an LL.B. from Dalhousie University Law School. Noella also has a Master of Industrial Relations degree from Queen's University. |
