MARNO MCINNES


 

Marno McInnes is a Vice-President of the Health Employers’ Association of B.C., and is responsible for the negotiation of five complex multi-employer/multi-union provincial collective agreements in the health sector covering 150,000 employees in a broad range of health care services. Marno is also responsible for providing a wide range of strategic labour relations, human resource and specialized services to the province's six health authorities. He has experience working for a leading health authority in British Columbia which included responsibility for a broad range of human resource services and projects. Marno has over 26 years of labour relations experience in the private and public sectors and has worked in the health sector in B.C. for the last 14 years.

Marno holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a Policy Analysis concentration from Simon Fraser University in addition to a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He is a member of the B.C. Human Resources Management Association (BCHRMA), the Conference Board of Canada, the Council of Industrial Relations Executives and the Canadian College of Health Services Executives (CCHSE).
