Casey McCabe was called to the Bar in British Columbia in August 1986. From that time until August 2007, he practiced labour law representing trade unions in the construction, media, film, health care, industrial, public and transportation sectors of the economy. In August 2007, Casey left private practice to become the Director of Legal Affairs for Teamsters Local Union No. 213 in Vancouver, B.C. 

Casey’s experience includes the presentation of labour arbitration cases and regular appearances before the B.C. Labour Relations Board, Canada Industrial Relations Board and B.C. Human Rights Tribunal. Casey has also appeared in the B.C. Supreme Court and the British Columbia Court of Appeal on matters ranging from general litigation to judicial review applications.
