Christopher McHardy is a partner in the Labour and Employment Group of the Vancouver office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP. His practise includes advising employers on labour, employment, human rights, workers' compensation, privacy, and other issues. He represents clients in Provincial Court, Supreme Court, human rights, labour relations, employment standards, privacy, and workers' compensation proceedings. Christopher has published articles on labour and employment issues in Business in Vancouver, the Canadian Bar Association National Labour and Employment Law Section Newsletter, and Report on Canadian Labour and Employment Law and has made presentations to various clients, management teams and organizations, including the Continuing Legal Education Society. He received a B.Comm (Honours) in 1997 and an LL.B. in 2000 from the University of British Columbia. |
