Mary Anne McKellar is a vice-chair of the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal. After practicing for three years with Koskie Minsky, she joined the agency sector. Commencing in January of 1990, Mary Anne was the Solicitor to the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal, before being appointed a vice-chair of that Tribunal in September of 1992. Since then, she has held appointments to the Office of Adjudication (employment standards), the Employment Equity Tribunal, the Board of Inquiry (human rights) and the Ontario Labour Relations Board. She received her LL.B from the University of Toronto and was called to the Bar in 1987. |
