Paul McKenna is a partner at Myers Weinberg LLP and practices exclusively on behalf of unions and employees in labour relations matters. Paul appears before arbitration boards on grievances and interest arbitrations. He also acts for clients regarding various types of proceedings before the Manitoba Labour Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, and in Manitoba Courts on judicial review proceedings. His clients include the Winnipeg Police Association, the United Firefighters of Winnipeg, Manitoba Teachers’ Society, the Teamsters, the United Steelworkers and CUPE. Paul received his call to the Bar in Manitoba in 1989, and practices in both English and French. |
