| Tracy McPhee has been a Senior Human Resources Consultant at the Nova Scotia Association of Health Organizations (NSAHO) since 2003. She graduated from Dalhousie University with her Bachelor of Commerce, with a major in Human Resources Management, in 1993. She graduated from Dalhousie Law School in 1996, then completed her articles at Miller Thomson, Toronto, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1998. She held the position of Manager, Labour Relations with Lennox Industries (Canada) Ltd. before returning to private practice at McMillan Binch in Toronto.
In 2002, Tracy returned to Nova Scotia joining Stewart McKelvey Stirling Scales. She was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in April 2003. Tracy practices exclusively in the area of labour and employment law providing advice and representation to clients. At various times Tracy has taught courses at Mount Saint Vincent University and Saint Mary’s University. Tracy is also the author of a young adult book on major junior hockey entitled, Chasing the Dream and is a native of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. |
