
| | Joël Michaud is the managing partner of Pink Larkin in Fredericton, where he practises union-side labour and administrative law throughout Atlantic Canada. He appears regularly before labour arbitration tribunals, labour relations boards, and the courts. Joël frequently speaks on matters related to labour law, human rights, administrative law, and the rights of employees. He has been for many years course leader (Labour Law) to the Bar Admission Course of the Law Society of New Brunswick and is a member of the Ethics Committee of the Law Society of New Brunswick. Joel received a Bachelor of Education degree from the Université de Moncton in 1988, and a LL.B. in 1991. He was called to the Bar in 1992 in New Brunswick and in 1993 in Nova Scotia. |
