
| | Joël Michaud is a partner at the Fredericton office of Pink Breen Larkin where he represents trade unions. Joël is a member of the Bars in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia and has been practicing labour law throughout Atlantic Canada since 1992. He appears regularly before labour arbitration tribunals, labour relations boards, and the courts. Educated at the Université de Moncton (B.Ed. 1988, LL.B. 1991), Joël frequently speaks on matters related to labour law and the rights of employees. He has been an instructor for a number of years and, more recently, course leader (Labour Law) to the Bar Admission Courses of the Law Society of New Brunswick. He is also a Faculty member of the Canadian Labour Congress Labour College. |
