Mort Mitchnick is national counsel to the law firm Borden Ladner Gervais, representing employers. Formerly Chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board, as well as a senior arbitrator and mediator, Mort is co-author of Lancaster's Leading Cases in Labour Arbitration, and author of the comparative-law text Union Security and the Charter. Mort is a graduate of McMaster University and the University of Toronto Law School.
