| Julie Nichols is an arbitrator, mediator, workplace investigator, and lawyer practicing in British Columbia. As counsel, she has appeared at all levels of court in B.C. as well as before a variety of labour and human rights tribunals. Julie’s articles have been published by the Continuing Legal Education Society of B.C. and by Lancaster House. She is a frequent speaker on matters that arise in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces.
Julie is a member of the MediateBC Roster of Civil Mediators and is a graduate of McGill University (B. Comm, Labour Relations) and the University of Victoria (LL.B.). She previously practiced labour, employment, and human rights law in Vancouver. |
