Kelsey Orth received an Honours B.A. in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University. He went on to Queen's University, where he earned both a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations and his Bachelor of Laws as a graduate of the Joint M.I.R./LL.B. program. After articling with a boutique management side labour and employment law firm in Toronto in 2003, Kelsey practiced at a boutique commercial law firm in the Waterloo Region. He joined Crawford Chondon & Partners LLP as an associate lawyer in 2006.
Kelsey is active in all of the firm's practice areas, including employer representation in employment litigation, workplace safety and insurance matters, occupational health and safety matters, grievance arbitrations, wrongful dismissal actions, human rights litigation and litigation before the Ontario Labour Relations Board. In addition, Kelsey conducts seminars and workshops for HR managers, industry professionals and clients on all manner of labour relations and human resources issues. |
