Scott Palmer is a Labour Relations Consultant for the Health Sciences Association of Alberta. He provides analy­sis and support for negotiations, classification and labour board matters, negotiates collective agreements, and acts as nominee and counsel in arbitrations. Scott has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Alberta and a Master of Industrial Relations degree from Queen’s University. He has 19 years of labour relations expe­rience in the health care sector in Alberta and has been a member of the Alberta Labour Relations Board since 2002.
