Kim Patenaude is a graduate of University of Ottawa Faculty of Law’s French Common Law Program (LL.B. 2002). She joined Raven Cameron, Ballantyne & Yazbeck LLP/s.r.l. as an associate lawyer in 2004. She represents unions and employees in human rights litigation, employment litigation, grievance arbitrations, workplace safety and insurance matters, occupational health and safety matters as well as administrative law matters.  She has acted in matters before the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Public Sector Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Superior Court of Ontario, and the Federal Court on behalf of public and private sector unions and employees.
