W. ROBERT PELTON


 

Bob Pelton is a Partner in the Saskatchewan Law Firm, Robertson, Stromberg, Pedersen LLP where he has an Arbitration practice. Bob has had extensive experience in employment and labour law, initially serving as counsel for both labour and management, and since the early 1990's as an Arbitrator in labour-management disputes in both the public and private sectors. In addition to receiving consensual appointments, Bob is a named Arbitrator in a number of national, provincial and local collective bargaining agreements and many of his decisions have been reported in Labour Arbitration Cases. Bob also serves as a Mediator or Conciliator, assisting labour and management to resolve grievances and reach new collective bargaining agreements (check availability at www.arbdates.com). Bob's practice as an Arbitrator has been augmented by his appointment as an Adjudicator to hear and determine abuse claims pursuant to the Indian Residential Schools Settlement Agreement.
