Michael Penner is a labour lawyer who practices exclusively in the North. As a sole practitioner, Mike has been retained by the Public Service Alliance of Canada to represent its constituent unions at arbitrations in Nunavut and the Northwest Territories. After graduation from University of Victoria Law School in 2000, Mike moved to Iqaluit, Nunavut, where he established his practice. He has since moved back to Victoria, but maintains his practice remotely and travels frequently to Nunavut and the Northwest Territories.
