| Donovan Plomp is an associate in the Labour and Employment Group of McCarthy Tétrault in Vancouver, where he advises and represents employers in human rights, labour and employment matters. He has acted as counsel investigating workplace human rights complaints as well as defending such complaints and grievances before the Human Rights Tribunal and grievance arbitration panels. Donovan is a graduate of the University of Ottawa (B.A. Honours 1997) and the University of British Columbia (LL.B. 2000) and was a law clerk at the Supreme Court of British Columbia before his call to the bar in 2002. |
