Francis Price is a senior partner with the Edmonton law firm of Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer LLP. He acts as an independent chair or sole arbitrator in cases involving labour and employment problems, and commercial and busi­ness disputes, etc. Francis is on the arbitration rosters of Alberta Labour and Labour Canada, and the Canada Reve­nue Agency. He is also a commercial arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and a Director of the Comisión Arbitral Permanente, Monterrey, México. He is on the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitra­tion Centre Arbitration Panel, and is the Administrative Secretary of both the Sahtu Dene & Métis Land Claims Arbitra­tion Panel and the Gwich’in Comprehensive Land Claims Arbitration Panel. Francis also acts as a mediator assisting parties in resolving disputes and is a Roster Mediator in the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench Civil Mediation Program.
