Prabhu Rajan is legal counsel for the Ontario Human Rights Commission, and represents the Commission before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He is experienced in human rights policy development and investigations, and has written papers and given presentations on a range of human rights issues. He is the former Acting Director of the Legal Services Branch at the Commission and has also worked as legal counsel for the Ministry of Labour and Crown Law Office - Civil (Ministry of the Attorney General). He obtained a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, articled at Cavalluzzo Hayes Shilton McIntyre & Cornish, and was called to the Bar in 1996. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Manitoba. |
