Victoria Réaume is a partner at Cavalluzzo Hayes Shilton McIntyre and Cornish. Her practice involves the representation of a variety of public sector and private sector unions and their members in arbitrations, at the labour board, and before other administrative tribunals. Ms. Réaume’s practice also involves education law and she represents teachers in all matters arising from their employment. She is co-editor of the leading text Education Labour and Employment Law in Canada. Victoria represents performers belonging to ACTRA with respect to their arbitrations and bargaining under the Independent Production Agreement and Commercial Production Agreements. She has a strong interest in human rights, especially in the areas of sexual harassment and the duty to accommodate workers with disabilities. |
