Don Richards is a lawyer at Farris law firm in Vancouver, where he represents employers in the telecommunications, transportation, retail, broadcasting, education, hospitality and municipal sectors in labour and employment matters. Donald recently represented the employer in Canada’s first successful Facebook termination case. He has presented before the federal and provincial Labour Relations Boards, at arbitrations and at human rights proceedings. Don was called to the Bar in 1986.
