Walter Rilkoff is a partner at Lawson Lundell in Vancouver representing employers in labour and employment matters, including negotiations and human rights litigation. Walter is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the B.C. Bar in 1976. Prior to undertaking a management-side labour practice, Walter was a legal assistant to the Chair of the B.C. Labour Relations Board and also acted on behalf of trade unions. Walter is a past chair of the Labour Law Subsection (B.C. Branch) of the Canadian Bar Association.
