Stephen Roberts represents employers in the areas of Workplace Safety and Insurance, Human Rights, Disability Management, Occupational Health and Safety and other employment law matters. He represents employers regularly at WSIB and WSIAT Appeal Hearings, and before other administrative tribunals. Stephen is a member of the Policy Committee of the Employers’ Advocacy Council and sits on the Executive of the Ontario Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section. Stephen has been an active speaker at numerous seminars on Workplace Safety and Insurance issues. He is certified by the Law Society as a Specialist in the area of Workplace Safety and Insurance Law. |
