| Dan Rogers practises labour relations law exclusively for unions in Vancouver in the law firm Rogers Bobert and Burton. Dan practised labour law for 10 years in Alberta before transitioning to the warmer climes of Vancouver in 1990. He has appeared extensively before arbitrators throughout Western Canada and before the Alberta, B.C. and Manitoba Labour Relations Boards as well as the CIRB. When Dan wins a case, the other side is so surprised, they occasionally appeal, and thus Dan has appeared before superior and appellate courts in B.C. and Alberta. Dan has been on the Executive of the National Labour Section of the Canadian Bar Association and of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, and has appeared as a speaker at many conferences.
