Rogers practices labour relations law exclusively for unions in Vancouver and
operates Rogers Law Office. Dan survived 10 years
of a labour practice in Alberta before transitioning to the warmer climes of Vancouver
in 1990. He has appeared extensively before arbitrators throughout Western Canada
and before the Alberta, BC and Manitoba Labour Relations Board as well as the
CIRB. When Dan wins a case, the other side is so surprised, they occasionally
appeal, thus Dan has appeared before Superior and Appeal Courts in BC and Alberta.
Dan has been on the Executive of the National Labour Section of the Canadian Bar
Association and of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers. Dan has appeared
as a speaker at many conferences.
