Jeffrey
Sack is a partner in the law firm of Sack Goldblatt Mitchell, which represents
trade unions and professional organizations. He is active as counsel in the courts
and before labour tribunals and arbitration boards, and sits frequently as a nominee
on interest arbitration boards. A co-author of texts on the Ontario Labour
Relations Board, Discharge and Discipline and Contract Clauses,
he is at the same time co-editor of Labour Arbitration Yearbook and the Canadian
Labour and Employment Law Journal. Mr. Sack is a past President of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, and
is currently Co-Chair of its International Affairs Committee. A recipient of the Gérard Dion award for outstanding contribution to labour relations in Canada, he is presently Co-Director of the Canadian Labour Law Association. |
