
| | Fateh Salim is Counsel for the Ontario Ministry of Government Services. He carries on a general management-side labour and employment law practice and advises government clients on a wide spectrum of matters, including union relations, labour relations, human rights, employment standards, and health and safety. Mr. Salim represents the Ontario Government before various labour boards of arbitration, including the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Crown Employees Grievance Settlement Board, the Ontario Human Rights Commission, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and both the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal in judicial review applications. Mr. Salim attended the University of Victoria where he studied Political Science and Economics. He received his LL.B from University of Windsor Law School in 1997 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1999.
